These terms apply to your use of britishiptvdirect.com and to any subscription you buy from us. By ordering or using the service you agree to them.

1. The Service

britishiptvdirect.com provides access to an internet television service for a fixed period chosen by you (3, 6, 12 or 24 months) on a Standard or Premium plan. The channel line-up and on-demand library may change over time.

2. Orders and Activation

Orders are placed through WhatsApp. Your subscription is normally activated within 15 minutes of your order being confirmed, and your login details are sent by WhatsApp or email.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Each plan is a single payment for the chosen period. There is no contract and no automatic renewal.

4. Free Trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial, one per household, so you can test the service before buying.

5. Refunds

All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

Your subscription is for personal, private use. You must not resell, share publicly or redistribute your login details, and you are responsible for using the service in line with the laws that apply where you live.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service stable, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted at all times. Quality also depends on your internet connection and device.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
